There are 8 things that lead to success:

Passion (without the love for your work, how could you make it)
Work (because nothing comes easily),
Good (by practice, you'll get better),
Focus (just focus yourself on one thing only),
Push (you have to push yourself to over come self-doubts)
Serve
Ideas
Persist (if you really want to make something happen, you have to try it more than once)
