The first time I came to Bo Gia coffee shop on Ho Huan Nghiep street in district 1 was about ten years ago. I went there with a handsome friend and my Australian teacher. However, that first time didn't leave much impression on me, and I never returned.
Recently on the way back home from work, I saw one Bo Gia coffee shop near the corner of Dien Bien Phu and Hai Ba Trung street, and I thought, 'Why not try? I like ice cream, and the weather is so hot anyway.' So, I decided to give it one more chance. And I didn't regret.

What interests me most about the ice cream is that we can eat it together with fruit. I also like the taste of coconut flavor with chocolate crust (vỏ). The icecream scoop here is smooth and creamy, unlike that of Buds'. I used to be a regular customer at Buds' Ice cream Parlour, but not now, because the quality of ice-cream there is worse and worse. There is always ice in the ice cream scoop, which gives you the feeling of displeasure after you finish eating.
Bo Gia coffee shop has a nice terrace where you can look at passers-by. However, it is so hot these days that my first choice is the inside room with air-conditioning.

Moreover, you can read books in French and English, read comic stories, and magazines while being here.

It's also a good choice for families with children with a small playground for the kids.

And here are some green corners
